Shelf life: Six months from the date of manufacture.
Storage: Do not use wet spoon, store the pickle in refrigerator once open & always maintain a layer of oil on top of the pickle for longer shelf life.
Ingredients: Homemade Mutton Kabab, Spices & Condiments (chilli, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, fenugreek, mustard, asafoetida), Mustard Oil.
We prepare our own Chicken/Mutton Seekh Kabab(Roll) with minced meat, also known as keema that’s seasoned with spices, a binding agent & than skewered into cylindrical shapes which are roasted on charcoal until get cooked. Since it’s made with lean ground meat it is healthier and lower in calories.
