We use raw garlic, methi seeds, Fennel-Saunf, Hing-Asafoetida, Fenugreek-Methi before finally dipping the mixture in mustard oil and leaving it to mature for up to four weeks. All the ingredients are natural, locally sourced, and non-GMO.
